Just by reading a couple responses, It looks like everyone who has been getting emails so far are from the UK. It's funny how they say 10am pacific and they don't send the emails out to the pacific coast people first.

Why didn't they just send out the emails prior to today, make so we download it earlier and then play at the specific time given. It just don't make sense to me, very unorganized and a lot of confusion just like the home beta invites.

There are instruction that came with your code....just follow them.
